Technology Business Partner

As Technology Business Partner, you bridge Technology and the business to ensure directorates get the right tech to solve their problems. You’ll work with business directorates, internal Tech teams, and Procurement to prioritise, discover and plan demand, aligning capacity with business needs. This fully remote, contract role supports cross-functional collaboration and informed decision-making across senior stakeholders. You’ll help shape technology enablement in a globally renowned organisation.

• Prioritisation: determine what to tackle first when resources are limited
• Discovery: run sessions to clarify goals and expected value
• Demand planning: align capacity with commitments to the business
• Partner engagement: regular check-ins with Procurement and Information Governance

• Strong commercial thinking and ability to challenge proposed solutions against business needs
• Working understanding of cloud, SaaS and AI, and awareness of tools landscape
• Strong stakeholder engagement ability
• Ability to frame problems and apply prioritising/demand management to facilitate conversations among senior stakeholders
