Technology Consultant Process Automation Location: London (Hybrid) Salary: £45,000£60,000 benefits Sector: Consulting Who youll be working with Join a leading change and transformation consultancy within its Technology & Data Practice, helping clients improve processes and turn business requirements into practical technology solutions. Were looking for someone with a consulting or client-facing background who can bridge business analysis, process improvement and automation. What youll be doing Analyse end-to-end business processes and identify opportunities for improvement and automation. Gather requirements and translate business needs into practical technical solutions. Design future-state processes and workflow solutions. Work across RPA, low-code and AI-enabled automation. Support testing, deployment and operational handover. Work with tools such as UiPath, Celonis, Power Automate or similar. Facilitate client workshops and work with business and technology stakeholders. Define KPIs and measure the impact of process improvements. Explore where AI and agentic workflows can add value. What were looking for 3 years experience in consulting or a client-facing environment. Background in Business Analysis, Process Improvement, Automation or Technology Consulting. Strong process mapping and requirements gathering experience. Experience with workflow automation, RPA or low-code technologies. Understanding of APIs, integrations and enterprise systems. Strong client and stakeholder management skills. Exposure to Power Automate, Copilot Studio, Azure AI or similar is beneficial. Consulting experience is essential for this role.
