Overview

In this role you will lead end-to-end technology delivery for UK health and public sector clients, guiding projects from design to deployment. You will federate multidisciplinary teams, manage budgets and governance, and maintain strong client relationships to ensure on-time, quality outcomes. You’ll work across Agile and Waterfall environments and engage with stakeholders to align delivery with strategic goals. Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end technology delivery using Agile and Waterfall approaches
  • Develop and manage delivery plans, budgets and governance
  • Manage risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across locations including client and supplier teams
  • Provide technical and functional input to support design and implementation
  • Build strong client relationships and align delivery with stakeholder expectations
  • Communicate delivery decisions, progress and challenges clearly
Key requirements
  • Proven record of delivering technology projects with responsibility for delivery, budgets and teams
  • Experience delivering complex projects using Agile and Waterfall
  • Managing project governance, budgets, risks and dependencies
  • Leading teams and coordinating resources across multiple priorities
  • Working with clients and influencing senior stakeholders
  • Technical experience in architecture, solution design, or business analysis
  • Coordination of delivery across internal teams, clients and external suppliers
  • Experience or interest in health or public sector; cloud/SaaS knowledge beneficial
