Technology Delivery Lead Assoc Manager

In this role you will drive end-to-end technology delivery for complex transformation programs, ensuring solutions are delivered on time and within budget. You’ll lead multi-functional, global teams and partner with clients to align delivery with strategic goals. You’ll operate across Agile, Kanban and Waterfall, managing risks and dependencies while guiding architecture and design work. This is a high-impact, client-facing position in a global technology services leader. You will work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment that values delivery excellence and sector impact.

• Drive delivery of high-quality work on-time and on-budget
• Manage day-to-day delivery of technology transformation projects using multiple delivery methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall)
• Lead end-to-end delivery across the project lifecycle
• Provide functional and technical guidance to design and implementation work
• Manage risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies
• Align client expectations with delivery plans and assumptions
• Develop and manage end-to-end delivery plans
• Lead multi-functional, geographically diverse teams
• Build and maintain trusted client relationships as delivery partner
• Communicate delivery approaches and decisions clearly to stakeholders
• Demonstrate proven ability to manage projects across the full lifecycle (design, build, test) within budget
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies and risk management
• Strong communication and stakeholder management across global delivery centers
• Line management of resources and project teams
• Experience in technical phases such as Technical/ Solution Architecture, Business Analysis, Technical Design
• Proven success delivering projects at scale using Scrum, Kanban and Scaled Agile
• Experience in governance, stakeholder management and budget control
• Experience in public/health sector projects or interest in UK government solutions
• Cloud/SaaS certifications and credentials
• Strong technical and emotional intelligence (EQ)
