Technology Delivery Lead - Associate Manager

In this role you lead technology delivery for client transformations, driving end-to-end programs on time and within budget. You will work with cross-functional teams across locations to deliver high-quality solutions using Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall. You’ll build trusted client relationships, manage risks, and shape delivery plans that align with the client’s strategic goals. • Drive delivery of high-quality work on-time and on-budget
• Manage day-to-day technology transformation delivery using multiple methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall)
• Oversee end-to-end delivery across the delivery lifecycle
• Provide functional and technical guidance to design and implementation
• Identify and manage risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies
• Ensure client expectations and delivery plans align, with clear communication
• Develop and manage end-to-end delivery plans
• Coordinate multi-functional, geographically distributed teams
• Build and sustain client relationships as a trusted delivery partner

• Experience delivering projects/phases across the delivery lifecycle

• Experience line-managing resources and leading project teams
• Technical leadership in areas such as architecture, business analysis, or design
• Proven track record of large-scale project/program delivery using Scrum/Kanban/Scaled Agile
