Overview

As Technology Delivery Manager, you will oversee a portfolio of data, development and BAU initiatives, driving progress with clear objectives and realistic timelines. You will coordinate multiple teams, identify risks early and unblock blockers, partnering with senior leaders across Technology and Operations. You’ll foster collaboration through multidisciplinary groups and refine ways of working to make teams more agile and transparent. This role offers meaningful impact within an organisation dedicated to authors’ rights and member support.

Responsibilities
  • Own and deliver a portfolio of data, development and BAU initiatives with clear objectives and timelines
  • Coordinate teams and dependencies, manage risks, and unblock blockers to maintain delivery momentum
  • Foster collaboration by establishing multidisciplinary groups and facilitating sessions
  • Partner with senior leadership ( COO, Head of Repertoire & Collections, Infrastructure & Security Manager ) to structure priorities, planning and delivery
  • Improve ways of working to enhance agility, visibility and stakeholder communication
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and make teams more effective and less burdensome
Key requirements
  • Proven experience managing multiple complex technical projects
  • Experience in data, analytics or engineering environments
  • Strong facilitation skills with non-technical audiences
  • Solid understanding of Agile frameworks and adaptable application
  • Excellent communication across technical and non-technical audiences
  • Strong problem-solving and unblocking capabilities
  • Experience improving processes, collaboration and ways of working
  • Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
  • Genuine interest in inclusive, positive team environments
  • Technical understanding enabling informed conversations with engineers and data specialists
  • Experience with SAP and/or SQL advantageous; familiarity with Miro, Zoho, Jira, Confluence and Microsoft 365
