Technology Delivery Manager

In this role you will lead end-to-end delivery of technology initiatives, coordinating across Architecture, Foundation Engineering, Security, Data and Risk teams. You will remove cross-team blockers, manage internal and third-party plans and risks, and drive continuous improvement using agile practices. You will provide data-driven status insights to Technology leadership and help teams forecast, measure, and deliver with discipline. This is a remote-first opportunity in a modern cloud-native environment with a strong delivery focus and cross-functional collaboration.

• Define and manage end-to-end delivery plans for technology initiatives across the organization
• Remove blockers and manage dependencies to maximize value within constraints
• Own internal and 3rd-party implementation plans and delivery risks
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, forecast, estimate and measure delivery
• Coach teams to self-organize and share work effectively
• Facilitate continuous improvement using agile and lean practices
• Provide data-driven status reports and insights to Technology leadership

• Experience delivering programme management in a technology/IT function
• Proficiency with Agile methodology and associated toolsets
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Experience delivering software in a modern, cloud-native environment
