Technology Director

Technology should do more than keep the lights on. It should change how a business operates, competes and grows.

I'm partnering on a retained search with International Beverage Holdings Limited (IBHL) to appoint a Technology Director who can turn that ambition into reality.

Operating at the global leadership table, you'll shape technology strategy and lead business transformation across an international organisation, connecting technology, data, AI and process improvement to tangible commercial outcomes.

The Opportunity

• Shape and deliver the technology, data and AI strategy.
• Lead a portfolio of business transformation and enterprise systems initiatives, including SAP.
• Strengthen cybersecurity, technology governance and operational resilience.
• Influence senior stakeholders across brands, functions and international markets.
• Build an accountable, high-performing technology team.

What We're Looking For

• An experienced technology leader who combines strategic thinking with hands-on commercial judgement. Someone who can challenge constructively, navigate competing priorities, build consensus and translate complex technology into measurable business value.
• Experience leading transformation in a complex, operational or international business is important. SAP, FMCG, supply chain and automation experience would be advantageous.
