Technology Implementation Manager

In this role, you will drive the adoption and implementation of KPMG’s tax compliance technology across UK and EMA firms. You will lead innovation through automation, analytics, and data-driven solutions to improve global tax and accounting compliance. You will manage end-to-end delivery of technology solutions, collaborating with stakeholders and guiding cross-functional teams to deliver secure, efficient outcomes. • Translate client and business visions into actionable deliverables for technical teams
• Support sales through proposals, client presentations, and technology demonstrations
• Consult with clients and assist their project managers to achieve outcomes
• Manage end-to-end delivery of KPMG and third-party technology solutions
• Lead multiple technology projects with plans, milestones, and risk tracking
• Ensure delivery excellence and agile approaches to respond to market demands
• Manage project teams, including offshore resources across TT&I, to build and implement solutions

• Strong interest or background in tax and reporting technology
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement and relationship-building across levels
• Experience delivering technology solutions using agile methodologies
• Understanding of Tax and Accounting processes (preferable tax or finance compliance)
• Ability to adapt to new technologies and modern work practices
