Technology Integration Specialist

Overview
In this role you drive large-scale integration rollouts, migrations, and upgrades across the firm’s tech and business workflows. You collaborate with diverse tech teams and researchers to understand architecture, operate programs, and strengthen project delivery. You’ll coordinate cross-team efforts, increase stakeholder transparency, and use scripting to support migration tracking. This is a hands-on PM role with impact on firm-wide platforms and data-driven dashboards, in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
Responsibilities- Project manage firm-wide rollouts of applications and infrastructure
- Coordinate user migrations from legacy to newer systems
- Drive high-impact changes across multiple teams
- Act as liaison among technology teams, business users, and external parties
- Maintain project tracking documentation and regular stakeholder communications
- Develop scripts and automation to assess project impact and collect migration data for dashboards
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related subject
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Solid analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Good understanding of software/hardware/network concepts and SDLC
- Proficient in Linux OS
- Proficiency with Bash and a scripting language (Python or Perl)
- Experience with SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MS SQL)
- Experience with the Atlassian stack (JIRA, Service Desk, Confluence)
