Lead Notify Now technology in Toronto with expertise in distributed systems, event streaming, Azure, and VMC2 platforms. Drive secure, scalable customer-facing services.

As Product Group Technology Lead II, you will oversee technical areas within TD’s GTS Digital and AI Servicing organization. The role supports Unified Messaging Platform, Messaging Back Office, and Valet API. You will guide end-to-end solutions aligned with enterprise architecture, technology roadmaps, and the Target Operating Model.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead technology solutions across the Notify Now product group
  • Partner with stakeholders on scalable architectural and technical solutions
  • Define technology delivery approaches during business planning discussions
  • Manage incident escalations and coordinate effective resolution
  • Guide teams through cross-department technology issues

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of development and technology delivery experience
  • Experience with Kafka, Java, and Oracle or database platforms
  • Experience with Push Notifications, SMS/RCS, and Email
  • Undergraduate degree or technical certificate required
  • Knowledge of distributed systems, event streaming, Azure, and VMC2
