Technology Manager

In this role, you support the delivery of technology infrastructure services and act as a technical advisor for infrastructure changes and security improvements. You will build strong relationships with stakeholders and shape an infrastructure roadmap aligned with business goals. You’ll provide guidance on IT infrastructure policy and standards, supporting large, global estates through a supplier-led model. You will contribute to the net zero carbon transition and help manage emissions reduction during delivery.

• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and sponsors across the business and IT
• Support the design of an infrastructure roadmap aligned with business goals
• Provide and support design and implementation of IT infrastructure policy and standards
• Support and inform the provision of technology infrastructure design policies and standards
• Contribute to the change management board on technical and process changes
• Deliver support and guidance for large, global infrastructure and network estates in a supplier-led model
• Collaborate towards net zero carbon transition and manage related emissions during delivery

• Passion for technology and infrastructure solutions (IaaS, PaaS)
• Experience with virtualization, networks (WAN, SD-WAN, LAN, SASE, ZTNA)
• Cloud storage, disaster recovery, and backup technologies
• Experience working with 3rd party outsourced providers
• Experience in infrastructure and networking management
