Overview

As a senior product leader at Starbucks, you own the technology portfolio enabling Partner Resources, Finance, Corporate Functions and Legal teams across EMEA. You define long-term product strategy, set multi-year roadmaps and align investments to measurable business outcomes. You’ll act as the voice of customers and stakeholders, balancing operational needs with technical opportunities to drive value and adoption. This role offers impact through cross-functional collaboration, leadership of Product Owners and shaping a customer‑centric, outcomes-focused product culture.

Responsibilities
  • Define and communicate a clear vision and multi-year roadmap for the PRO, Finance, Corporate and Legal technology portfolio
  • Own the ATS Programme, Careers Website and partner lifecycle products while managing a broader product portfolio
  • Establish goals, success metrics and value hypotheses; prioritise based on outcomes, health, and regulatory requirements
  • Lead customer discovery, stakeholder engagement and regular Product Councils to align priorities and risks
  • Drive KPI/OKR tracking, value realisation and adoption metrics; optimise products across their lifecycle
  • Coach Product Owners and delivery teams in best practices and foster continuous improvement
  • Influence investment decisions and partner with senior leaders to ensure alignment with strategy
Key requirements
  • Significant experience in Product Management/Leadership or Strategy within technology-driven organisations
  • Experience owning complex product portfolios across Corporate Functions, Human Resources, Finance or similar domains
  • Proven ability to define vision, strategy and roadmaps delivering measurable outcomes
  • Strong customer discovery, stakeholder management and prioritisation skills
  • Analytical mindset with data-driven decision making; ability to communicate with senior leaders
  • Experience managing product investment, business cases and value realisation
  • Desirable: Agile product development, product operating models, OKRs, Jira
