Technology Software Development Analyst

Build scalable software with Citi as a Full Time Technology Analyst, applying Java, Python, or front-end development skills. Work in an agile environment.

This two-year Analyst Program starts in July and includes robust training and rotational exposure across more than one team. You will develop quality software solutions from business requirements while supporting testing and post-production deployment. The program builds technical skills, business insight, and leadership through structured learning, mentoring, and networking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop scalable software solutions in agile environments
• Write code consistent with quality standards
• Test and debug code using appropriate tools
• Support testing cycles and post-production deployment
• Participate in peer coding reviews

Requirements:

• Graduate between December 2026 and June 2027
• Bachelor’s degree in a technology-related discipline
• Pass basic algorithmic programming technical interviews
• Communicate effectively across diverse teams and cultures
• Adaptable, collaborative approach with innovation focus
