Responsibilities
  • Lead complex strategy engagements and manage multi-workstream programmes
  • Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and executive teams
  • Advise on how technology supports business objectives and transformation agendas
  • Develop technology strategies, target operating models and long-term roadmaps
  • Identify opportunities to improve performance and service delivery through technology
  • Create business cases and investment strategies for major tech initiatives
  • Contribute to thought leadership, market insights and propositions
  • Support business development, proposals, and client relationship management
  • Mentor consultants and develop high-performing project teams
Key requirements
  • Experience delivering technology strategy, digital transformation or business transformation
  • Exposure to Health, Public Sector or Government-focused environments
  • Understanding of emerging technologies and practical business applications
  • Experience supporting large-scale technology or operating model transformations
  • Excellent stakeholder management and ability to influence senior decision-makers
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and strategic thinking
  • Proven leadership in managing project teams and engagements
  • Outstanding communication, presentation and relationship-building skills
