Responsibilities
  • Lead complex strategy engagements and manage project teams across multiple workstreams.
  • Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and executive leadership.
  • Advise on how technology enables broader business objectives and transformation agendas.
  • Develop technology strategies, target operating models and long-term roadmaps.
  • Identify opportunities to improve performance and service delivery through technology.
  • Create business cases and investment strategies for major technology initiatives.
  • Contribute to thought leadership and market insights.
  • Support business development, proposals, and client relationship management.
  • Mentor consultants and develop high-performing teams.
Key requirements
  • Experience delivering technology strategy, digital transformation or business transformation programmes.
  • Exposure to Health, Public Sector or Government-focused environments.
  • Strong understanding of emerging technologies and their business applications.
  • Experience supporting large-scale technology or operating model transformation.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with ability to influence senior decision-makers.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Proven leadership in managing project teams and client engagements.
  • Outstanding communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.
  • Commercial awareness and interest in growth and business development.
