In this role, you will support IT users across the county, helping resolve incidents and hardware queries while enabling productive use of devices and software. You will be part of a mobile Technology Support team that delivers local, practical IT help in workplace environments. You’ll balance fast-paced problem solving with a calm, measured approach in high-profile situations. - Resolve IT incidents and user queries in workplace environments
- Provide hardware, software, and productivity tool support
- Share knowledge and upskill the team on key features
- Collaborate with cross-site teams to meet targets and improve services
- Assist with setting up IT hardware and office spaces
- Travel between county hubs as needed and support customers locally
- Understanding of IT industry best practices and processes (incidents, requests, change, problem management)
- Good Windows operating system experience
- Broad knowledge of PCs/laptops/peripherals and their architecture
- Working knowledge of current software packages (e.g., Microsoft Office)
- ICT industry experience
- Experience of working as part of a team
