TechOps Lead: SaaS & Support Excellence

Octopus Electric Vehicles is expanding its TechOps team and seeks a TechOps Manager to lead a team of Systems Analysts, manage the support desk, and oversee our systems.

You will ensure the business stays fully operational by guiding the support team, resolving complex issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement improvements. You’ll also manage SaaS tools while maintaining UK financial services compliance and high service standards.
