Complex Litigation

practice represents tens of thousands of clients each year in actions against some of the largest companies in the U.In recent years, we have successfully defended clients’ data privacy rights against companies like Capital One and Google, helped thousands of veterans pursue justice in litigation involving 3M, and secured meaningful settlements for individuals harmed by brand manufacturers of Zantac and by JUUL’s marketing and sale of nicotine products to minors.
As a Paralegal you are responsible for ensuring that every client’s claim is prepared thoroughly, filed properly, and positioned to achieve the highest potential recovery. You will play a critical role in preparing claims, gathering documentation, maintaining case data, and ensuring that matters move efficiently through the litigation process.

Work up client cases from retention through resolution, ensuring all documentation, filings, and data are accurate and complete
• Review medical records and other evidence to confirm eligibility criteria, injury validation, and proof of use or exposure
• Prepare case materials including case summaries, complaints, plaintiff fact sheets, supporting documentation, and other court-required submissions for attorney review
• Coordinate filing activities, including preparing complaints, serving summons, managing proof of service, and addressing deficiency requests
• Associates degree in paralegal studies, a paralegal certificate, or a bachelors degree is preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume litigation environment

This role is on-site, which gives you the chance to be fully immersed in the work and gain direct experience alongside the team. We’ve found that being in the office helps new team members get up to speed quickly and feel more connected.

Bonus Points
• 2+ years of experience as a paralegal or legal case manager
• Prior experience with Salesforce
• Experience reviewing medical records and claimant documentation
• Familiarity with MDL (multidistrict litigation) processes and mass tort case lifecycles
