Tenant Services & IT Support Technician

A major public-sector organization in Montreal is looking to hire a Tenant Services & IT Support Technician to support its business centres for technology start-ups in Saint-Laurent. This is a 1-year contract , full-time (35 hours per week, Monday to Friday), fully on-site , with a start date between November 2026 and January 2027, and a salary range between $55k-$60k annually.

What We Are Looking For:

• Diploma in computer science or information technology (DEC or AEC)
• 2+ years of experience in IT support
• 1+ year of experience in customer service
• Experience programming and troubleshooting IP phones (Polycom/Poly) and VoIP systems
• Hands-on experience with an access card management system: creating cards, programming doors and maintaining cardholder lists
• Ability to troubleshoot internet connectivity issues, support workstation setup and install multifunction printer drivers
• Comfortable greeting visitors and acting as the first point of contact at the building entrance
• Strong written communication skills to draft notices and updates for tenants
• Organized, autonomous and service-oriented, comfortable working as the sole on-site resource
• Bilingualism in English and French — both are required for this role

You’ll Stand Out If You Have:

• Experience with the Ubity VoIP platform
• Experience with access control platforms such as Kantech or Genetec
• Previous experience in a business centre, coworking space, property management or tenant services environment
• Experience coordinating vendors for repairs and maintenance (telephony, IT, copiers, access control)
• Familiarity with key inventory management and meeting room booking systems
