Test Analyst

In this role you will join the Test & Validation Management Team to safeguard customers’ IT environments from potentially adverse releases. You will execute tests, manage defects, and maintain test artifacts to support high-quality releases. You’ll coordinate across teams and locations, report progress, and ensure compliance with audit and SLA requirements. This is a hands-on role in a security-conscious, collaborative IT services environment where you help improve testing processes and outcomes.

• Execute test activities and document results
• Manage defects through to resolution
• Create and maintain test cases, plans, reports and metrics
• Schedule testing activities and resources
• Monitor progress and maintain documentation across systems
• Ensure testing plans are fully authorised and compliant with audits
• Coordinate work between teams at multiple locations
• Communicate with stakeholders and maintain SLAs/KPIs
• Contribute to process or service improvement initiatives
• Perform duties as directed by the Test Manager

• PC literate with good MS Office, especially Excel
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively
