Test Analyst

In this role you ensure quality across software delivery, shaping test strategies and validating requirements. You will partner with development squads to automate tests and improve processes, helping deliver reliable solutions for clients. • Requirements analysis and validation
• Defining and executing test strategies and scripts
• Ensuring requirements traceability
• Providing QA support to development scrum teams to automate tests
• Reviewing test environments and processes for continuous quality improvement
• Providing test estimates

• Minimum 2-3 years’ experience as a Test Analyst
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience with iterative/incremental software delivery
• Experience in fast-paced environments with strict deadlines
• Strong background in software integration and system testing
• Experience of automated testing
• Experience using HP QC
• Experience in defining test strategy/approach
• Bachelor’s Degree or HNC in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field or equivalent work experience
• ISTQB Foundation Certification
• Active SC Clearance
