BMC Remedy Test Analyst (BMC Helix Migration) – Contract

I'm looking for a BMC Remedy Test Analyst for a new contract I'm working on.

Hatfield – 4/5 days onsite per month

The main thing we're looking for is someone with strong hands‑on BMC Remedy and/or BMC Helix testing experience.

You'll be supporting a project moving from BMC Remedy to BMC Helix SaaS, covering testing across the existing functionality, integrations and migration.

Looking for experience with:

• 3+ years BMC Remedy / BMC Helix testing
• SIT, regression and integration testing
• ITSM – Incident, Problem and Change
• Remedy workflows, forms and customisations
• Defect management and retesting

Any experience with data migration, APIs, Postman or test automation would also be useful.

BMC Remedy / Helix testing experience is essential for this one.
