Test Analyst – Fintech

In this Test Analyst role, you will design and execute tests for a proprietary front-office fintech solution used in investment banking and wealth management. You will work closely with developers to ensure QA best practices, create and execute test scripts, track defects, and report results. You may pursue ISTQB Foundation-level qualification to strengthen testing rigor. The role offers exposure to banking domains within a dynamic, startup-like environment in London, with emphasis on collaboration and delivery impact.

• Design, execute and record tests following the QA framework
• Analyse requirements and create prioritized test coverage
• Create and map test scripts to release scope across all test phases
• Develop test plans using standard techniques according to QA framework
• Execute tests and document results in VSTS/Microsoft Test Manager
• Log and follow up defects in VSTS/YouTrack
• Participate in daily stand-ups and provide test analytics
• Contribute to Test Automation roadmap and framework
• Run automation test scripts and present results for sign-off by product owners

• Degree from a reputable university
• At least 2 years of experience creating test scripts and performing functional testing
• Proactive learner with minimal training required
• Enthusiasm for technology and finance
• Experience with Visual Studio Team Services / Team Foundation Services
• ISTQB Foundation level (or prepared to qualify)
