Test Analyst – Fintech- Putney

Overview
In this role you will join a fast-growing fintech software team to design and execute quality assurance activities aligned with a QA framework. You will craft test scripts, run tests, and track defects to support reliable releases. You’ll work closely with developers and product owners, contribute to test analytics, and shape the test automation roadmap within a startup-style culture at a Putney-based company.

- Design, execute, and record tests per the QA framework
- Analyze requirements and create prioritized test designs and coverage
- Create test scripts aligned to release scope across all test phases
- Develop test plans using standard techniques
- Execute tests and document results in VSTS / Microsoft Test Manager
- Raise and track bugs in VSTS / YouTrack with consistent formats
- Participate in daily standups and provide test analytics
- Contribute to the Test Automation roadmap and framework
- Run automated tests and present results for product owners' sign-off
- At least 2 years of experience creating test scripts and performing functional testing
- 1+ year experience with a test automation tool such as Selenium
- Basic SQL query writing skills
- Proactive learner with ability to grasp new business requirements quickly
- Enthusiasm for technology and finance
- Experience with Visual Studio Team Services / Team Foundation Services
- ISTQB Foundation level (or prepared to qualify)
