Test Analyst (UAT & CRM) - Farnborough, UK

Role: Test Analyst (UAT & CRM) Type: Contract (6 Months with potential extension)
Location: Farnborough, UK
Working Model: Hybrid (3 days per week in office)

The Role: We are seeking a detail-oriented Test Analyst to ensure the quality and data integrity of our financial applications and CRM systems. In this highly collaborative role, you will partner directly with Product and Dev teams to translate business requirements into comprehensive testing strategies.

What You Will Do:

• Analyze requirements and execute end-to-end functional and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Test specific CRM workflows, including customer contracts and outbound marketing campaigns.
• Validate data accuracy and integrity across complex financial systems.
• Log, track, and manage all test results and defects using JIRA and Xray.

What You Bring:

• Proven QA/testing experience in the Financial Services industry.
• Hands-on experience testing CRM systems.
• Strong technical proficiency in JIRA and Xray.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
