Test Automation Development Engineer

Test manual and automated scenarios for Island’s enterprise workspace, using AI coding tools and agents to support quality delivery.

As a Test Development Engineer on Island’s Quality Group engineering team, you will design, implement, and run tests. The work spans manual test design, automation development, test-code maintenance, and collaboration with R&D engineering teams. You will help ensure new features and product releases meet quality expectations for enterprise customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design manual and automated test scenarios
• Implement and run tests across product releases
• Collaborate with R&D engineering teams
• Lead innovations reducing test time
• Fix bugs in test suites and customer-facing products

Requirements:

• Four or more years designing manual tests
• Hands-on experience with AI coding tools and agents
• Experience developing automation tests for enterprise products preferred
• Creativity solving challenging requirements
• Computer science or related degree preferred
