- Define and execute test strategies and scripts
- Accurately record and monitor issues
- Support Scrum teams in automating tests to guide development
- Review test environments and processes to enable continuous quality improvement
- Provide test estimates and contribute to quality standards
- Perform manual testing and contribute to automation testing across cross-browser, API, and integration testing
- Automated QA experience across overnight cross-browser, functional, non-functional, API, integration and acceptance tests
- Front-end cross-browser functional testing, device testing, exploratory testing, and UAT
- Experience building/maintaining test automation frameworks in Java, JavaScript, Python, or C#
- Practical experience with Cypress, Karate, PlayWright, Selenium or similar open source tools
- Agile development experience

- Performance testing or other non-functional testing experience beneficial
