• Deliver high-quality testing activities across your workstream to ensure reliability and user-fit
• Build strong collaborative relationships with delivery teams, stakeholders, and business colleagues
• Provide test expertise throughout the delivery lifecycle (planning, execution, defect management, reporting)
• Work with Delivery Leads to define testing approaches, environments, data requirements, and delivery plans
• Champion continuous improvement to enhance testing practices, processes, and quality standards
• Support and mentor colleagues, role model best practice, and foster an inclusive, high-performing team culture

• Ability to work in changing environments with iterative/adaptive methods
• Solid understanding of testing best practice and development lifecycle
• Ability to adapt testing processes to optimise delivery outcomes
• Experience applying risk-based testing techniques
• Proficiency with multiple test management tools
• Ability to negotiate timelines and delivery metrics across the product lifecycle
• Ability to motivate and lead a team of testers and report to management
• Strong planning aptitude
