As Test Automation Manager at Accenture, you lead quality engineering strategy and mentor teams while staying hands-on with testing and coding. You partner with clients to define modern automation approaches and reduce complexity, delivering value through scalable test automation. You influence cross-functional teams and contribute to internal quality communities. This role offers exposure to diverse domains, AI-enabled tooling, and cloud testing in a fast-paced consulting environment.

- Define and implement modern Quality Engineering concepts including automated testing
- Lead and grow a team of quality engineers

- Several years of team leadership experience
- Hands-on testing and coding experience
- Proficiency in at least one OO language (JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Java, C#, etc)
- Experience with GenAI tools (Playwright with MCP) and AI coding assistants (GitHub Copilot, Claude)
- Knowledge of LangChain or LangGraph preferred
- Experience testing in cloud environments (AWS/Azure)
