Test Engineer

In this role you will lead testing for a large-scale systems integration programme within a small, agile team. You’ll design and execute tests, craft test plans and reports, and coordinate with suppliers and international stakeholders to verify software, interfaces, and network configurations. You’ll build automated regression tests and drive issue resolution with a focus on quality and risk management. • Generate and review Test Plans, Designs and Reports with suppliers and senior stakeholders
• Create Test Cases from change requests and requirements, collaborating with SMEs
• Build an automated regression test suite
• Document test results, defects, and progress; communicate risks and issues
• Investigate issues with suppliers to determine root cause and resolution
• Identify process improvements for new and existing practices

• ISTQB/ISEB Foundation Certificate in software testing
• Strong understanding of Testing Lifecycle and testing types (Functional, Non-Functional, Integration)
• Demonstrable systems integration experience including 3rd party components
