Test Engineer

In this role you will lead verification and acceptance activities across multiple technologies for UK programmes. You will contribute to test strategy, design and execute end-to-end tests, and collaborate with development teams to ensure robust quality. You’ll implement scalable test plans and automation to support delivery, with a focus on systems integration and non-functional testing. • Contribute to the Test Strategy and planning with partners
• Provide test support to development teams
• Create Test Scripts and User Scenarios
• Design and implement scalable test plans using automation
• Prepare manual and automated test specifications and execute tests
• Run integration, system, and regression tests across project phases
• Set up test tools, systems and data sets

• Graduate with degree in Systems Engineering, Electronics, Communications or equivalent
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Understanding of agile, waterfall and hybrid delivery
• Experience in Integration and Systems Testing on complex projects
• Experience in requirements verification and validation
• Knowledge of non-functional testing (performance, resilience, security)
• Good knowledge of test automation (Robot Framework and Selenium)
• MBSE experience would be helpful
• Willingness to undergo SC or DV clearance
