Test Lead

Wipro is looking for a Salesforce QA Test Lead / Test Manager to join our quality engineering team. As the Salesforce QA Test Lead / Test Manager, you will champion testing excellence across Salesforce Sales Cloud and enterprise applications, ensuring high-quality delivery through strategic test leadership, automation, and governance. You will work closely with product owners, business stakeholders, developers, and delivery teams to drive quality outcomes throughout the software delivery lifecycle.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead and govern end-to-end testing across Salesforce and enterprise platforms
• Define test strategies, quality gates, coverage models, and release readiness criteria
• Drive functional, automation, API, security, accessibility, and non-functional testing
• Champion automation and continuous testing within CI/CD delivery pipelines
• Manage defect governance, quality reporting, risks, and stakeholder communication
• Validate Salesforce processes, integrations, workflows, and end-to-end user journeys
• Collaborate with business, delivery, product, and vendor teams to support successful delivery
• Support audit, compliance, and quality assurance objectives throughout the delivery lifecycle

Mandatory Skills

• Salesforce Sales Cloud and Salesforce Lightning
• Functional and automation testing
• Test strategy, governance, and quality assurance
• API and integration testing
• Agile delivery methodologies, SDLC, and STLC

Desirable Skills

• TOSCA, Selenium, and modern automation frameworks
• Jenkins, GitHub, GitLab, or equivalent CI/CD platforms
• Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or qTest
• Release management and enterprise-scale testing practices
• Banking, Financial Services, or another regulated industry environment
