I’m recruiting for an Electronics Test & Automation Team Leader with an established technology business.

This is a hands-on technical leadership role , combining team leadership with RF/electronics verification, test strategy and automation.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Leading and developing a team of test engineers
  • Defining verification and test strategies
  • Driving Python-based test automation
  • RF & electronics verification and characterisation
  • Root-cause investigation and technical problem solving
  • Working closely with Design, Firmware, Systems and Manufacturing
  • Improving test coverage, efficiency and repeatability
  • Engineering degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience leading technical engineering teams
  • Strong RF and/or electronics test experience
  • Python test automation experience
  • Verification planning and fault-finding skills
  • Experience with RF test equipment and measurement techniques
