Test Manager | £80,000 | London (Hybrid 2/3 Days Per Week)

La Fosse is partnering with an established organisation that is investing heavily in the modernization of its technology landscape.

As part of a broader transformation programme, they are looking to appoint a Test Manager to drive quality strategy and assurance across multiple technology initiatives.

This is an opportunity for an experienced Test Manager who combines strong governance and stakeholder management capabilities with a credible technical background. While the role is not hands on day-to-day, candidates must have previously worked closely with modern automation frameworks and be able to provide technical leadership across engineering teams.

Key requirements:

• Strong experience leading QA functions, test governance, and delivery assurance within complex environments.
• Previous hands on automation experience using C# and modern test frameworks.
• Solid understanding of API testing , integrations, and service oriented architectures.
• Experience overseeing automation strategy, frameworks, and quality engineering practices.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and champion quality across both technical and non technical teams.
• Exposure to AI-assisted testing or quality engineering practices would be advantageous.

Interview Process: 3 stages

• 2nd stage: In person technical interview
• Final stage: In person Strategy focused interview
