BCforward is seeking a highly motivated and experienced QA/ Test Manager

Note: Candidate must be local to Toronto, ON or Phoenix, AZ.

Job Title/Position: QA/ Test Manager

Duration: Long Term Contact

Job Location: Phoenix, AZ or Toronto, ON

Pay Rate: $55/Hr. On W2 or $63/Hr. On C2C

Must Have

• 10+ yrs. experience in software Testing with 3+ yrs. experience as E2E Test Manager for large cross platform projects.
• Credit Card domain background is a must, Amex experience is Needed.
• Must have good knowledge on SDLC and QA process of projects from initiation to implementation.
• 7+ Hands on Expertise in developing and execution of test approach, test plans with milestones , coordination with all stakeholders and reporting.
• Subject matter expertise on Testing and QA processes, preparation of test strategies including test data and test environment.
• Hands on experience managing the definition, implementation, and integration of quality principles into the design and development of software and IT processes for the team.
• 5+ years' experience in monitoring, and analysis of testing quality metrics such as defect, defect counts, test results, and test status.
• Experience on test automation tools like Cucumber, Selenium, UFT, Tosca and should be able to determine the need, selection and implementation of Automation tools.
• Experience with Test data setup for test environment across a customer journey.
• Hands on experience in automation testing & debugging using tools like POSTMAN, SOAP UI, REST Assured,etc.
• Some experience with GenAI tools for process automation or efficiency.
• Well versed with agile testing reporting tools like Rally, JIRA, ALM,SharePoint, Confluence etc.
• Quality Assurance certifications like CTFL, CSTE, PMP or equivalent is a plus.
