Overview
In this role you will shape the future of the testing function within a not-for-profit environment, setting the testing strategy and leading end-to-end testing across transformation initiatives. You will drive automation adoption and embed best practices to mature quality across teams. The position sits in an established QA team and requires close collaboration with stakeholders to deliver reliable, scalable testing capabilities. This is a hands-on leadership role with impact on delivery quality and organizational testing maturity.

- Define and own the test strategy for multiple initiatives
- Lead end-to-end testing delivery across transformation projects
- Drive automation adoption and transition from manual to automated testing

- Experience managing CRM platforms
- Proven ability to define test strategy and lead end-to-end testing delivery
- Experience driving automation initiatives and transitioning teams to automation
- Strong team leadership and mentoring experience
- Background supporting CRM implementation projects
- Experience participating in and supporting UAT activities
- Trusted advisor capable of recommending tools, approaches, and specialist resources
- Proven track record of improving testing capability and driving quality maturity across teams
