A Test Manager to define and govern test strategy, tooling, and quality standards across delivery teams. The role requires extensive QA leadership experience and the ability to drive automation maturity independently and Own QA strategy, automation governance, release assurance and quality gates across delivery teams.

• Good experience on Defect triage; Quality metrics and reporting; Stakeholder communication; Team coordination; AI Squad experience only when vacancy-specific
• Strong active listening skills and the ability to ask the right questions to clarify requirements and resolve ambiguity
• Able to work autonomously and take full end-to-end ownership of deliverables without requiring close supervision
• Proactive in identifying problems, proposing solutions, and driving them through to resolution independently
