Test Manager - Lead Consultant

As Test Manager at Scale Factory, you shape the testing strategy across delivery lifecycles, leading functional, performance, and automation teams to deliver reliable, quality-led AI-enabled transformations. You’ll work with stakeholders in a matrix setup to prioritise risk and drive continuous improvement. • Plan, manage, and execute all test activities across system, integration, and UAT
• Develop risk-based test strategies prioritising mitigation
• Drive continuous process improvement and proactive problem-solving
• Collaborate with stakeholders and manage vendor/third-party relationships
• Mentor and lead test teams to uphold quality and accountability
• Oversee non-functional testing (performance and others) and apply best practices
• Promote test automation awareness and adoption
• Lead UAT cycles and engage stakeholders effectively

• Strong test management with clear planning and execution accountability
• Experience in risk-based test planning and escalation management
• Expertise in non-functional testing methodologies and processes
• Proven stakeholder and vendor management experience
• Solid background with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Track record leading UAT efforts and driving improvements
• Experience mentoring test teams for high performance
