To support a fast-paced healthcare team, the full-time Texas Licensed LPN Prior Authorization Specialist will review and process prior authorization requests, analyze clinical documentation, and collaborate with healthcare providers, all while working remotely. Key responsibilities Review and process prior authorization requests and clinical documentation Apply clinical criteria and insurance requirements in decision-making Collaborate with providers, pharmacists, and healthcare teams to ensure accurate authorization Required qualifications Active, unrestricted LPN/LVN license 2+ years of recent prior authorization experience Experience in a medical office, PBM, or clinical setting Strong computer skills and ability to multitask effectively Ability to work independently in a remote environment
