Third Party Risk Analyst Toronto

Lead third-party risk assessments and vendor governance in a hybrid Toronto contract role focused on procurement and vendor management. Apply analytical and stakeholder management skills across diverse suppliers.

This Third Party Risk and Governance Analyst supports vendor onboarding, renewals, monitoring, and offboarding. The six-month contract is based downtown Toronto, with office attendance Tuesdays and Wednesdays. You will collaborate with Business Owners, Privacy, Security, Legal, Compliance, Procurement, and vendors to identify and mitigate risks across non-technology and technology suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate TPRM assessments throughout vendor lifecycles
• Manage criticality assessments, due diligence, remediation plans, and exceptions
• Monitor supplier performance through scorecards and quarterly business reviews
• Maintain vendor risk records and TPRM inventory
• Support audits, regulatory requirements, and TPRM Policy adherence

Requirements:

• Three to five years in third-party or vendor risk management
• Experience with due diligence, assessments, monitoring, and remediation
• Strong stakeholder management across business, risk, and vendor teams
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Technology, SaaS, cloud, or managed services experience is an asset
