TikTok LIVE - AI Data Operation Specialist

In this role you will lead quality initiatives to uphold content standards on the TikTok Live platform by combining human labeling with ML models, including LLMs. You’ll train AI models, analyze moderation data for actionable insights, and work with partner teams to resolve complex content scenarios. You will improve QA processes across BPO teams, support onboarding, and drive continuous improvement in content quality at scale. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role with a clear impact on user experience and trust.

• Manage quality benchmarking across BPO teams and oversee onboarding and training of new BPOs
• Handle content labeling queues per cross-functional requirements and analyze labeled data for insights
• Train and fine-tune ML models using large labeled datasets; assist data preparation and structuring for training
• Identify trends and issues from moderation data; provide actionable insights for project teams
• Maintain quality artifacts for content moderation scope and explore tech-enabled improvements

• Bachelor in Business, Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, Communications, or a related field
• 3+ years in AI data operation, AI/ML for content quality management, product operations, or analytics
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (Excel, Tableau, Power BI)
• Basic understanding of machine learning concepts and Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Strong ability to analyze complex datasets and derive actionable insights
