Toptech Loading Systems Coordinator

Support tanker loading through Toptech systems and administrative coordination at Valero Energy Inc., working alternating twelve-hour day and night shifts.

As a Loading Rack Attendant, you will administer loading activities and help terminal operators use the operating system. Your responsibilities include account updates, volume reconciliations, document checks, loading-card issuance, and safety-procedure support. The role calls for relevant office experience, Microsoft knowledge, and strong English communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate Toptech activities for loading operations management
• Issue updates for customer accounts and products
• Reconcile volumes sold and recorded at day-end
• Check product-quality documents when issues arise
• Assist operators with system use and procedures

Requirements:

• Diploma of college studies or equivalent experience
• Three to five years of relevant office experience
• Very good English for verbal and written interactions
• Initiative and good communication skills
• Availability for weekends and rotating twelve-hour shifts
