The Metals & Mining investment banking team gives Analysts meaningful responsibility throughout the full transaction process. You will support mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt capital raises, restructurings, and advisory assignments. The work combines financial modeling, industry research, due diligence, and client materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate capital raises and advisory transaction processes
• Research industries and companies using Bloomberg and Capital IQ
• Develop financial models and analyze transaction information
• Organize and participate in marketing and client meetings
• Assist pitches and new business generation activities

Requirements:

• Strong interest in investment banking and strategic issues
• Undergraduate degree with a strong academic record
• Knowledge of accounting, valuation, finance, and business strategy
