Jobtailor is seeking a data-driven Total Rewards analyst to provide analytical support for variable pay planning, merit, pay offers, market analysis, governance materials and senior leadership presentations.

The role partners with Rewards and HR/P&O Analytics teams to enhance reporting, identify automation opportunities, and build a scalable reward analytics capability across the business in the United Kingdom.
