Total Rewards & Equity Lead

Decagon is seeking its first Total Rewards leader to design and own the compensation and benefits architecture as the company scales. You will shape equity programs, establish salary bands, and partner with founders, People leadership, and Finance to ensure competitive, equitable plans that scale with us.

You will own equity administration, lead annual and mid-year reviews, and craft clear employee communications about total compensation.
