Track Lead - ServiceNow,JavaScript

• Design, develop, and enhance ServiceNow applications and workflows.
• Build and support integrations using REST APIs, Integration Hub, MID Server, and other ServiceNow integration technologies.
• Develop and implement Now Assist use cases for ITSM and Service Desk operations.
• Design and enhance ServiceNow Virtual Agent and chatbot automation to improve self-service and reduce manual effort.
• Configure Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Script Includes.
• Troubleshoot production issues, support releases, and follow ServiceNow development best practices.
• Collaborate with architects, business stakeholders, and operations teams to deliver scalable automation solutions.

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer with strong expertise in platform development, enterprise integrations, and AI-powered service automation. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience building ServiceNow solutions, implementing Now Assist use cases, and developing Virtual Agent/Service Desk chatbot capabilities to enhance the employee support experience.
