Working with one of BeachHead’s top financial clients, this analyst supports segregation, trade inputs, and settlements. The six-month assignment includes structured training and potential extension or conversion. Strong communication, organisation, and confidentiality support consistent operational delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process trade settlements and share movements accurately
• Review depository records and contact relevant parties
• Maintain books of record and bookkeeping systems
• Reconcile requests and identify discrepancies
• Prepare operational reports and support reporting requirements

Requirements:

• At least two years of relevant administrative experience
• Post-secondary diploma in any discipline
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUPs
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage confidential information discreetly
