As a Trade Support Engineer at Quant Capital, you will safeguard the ultra-low latency trading environment by supporting live production systems, market data and trading desks. You will work with cross-functional teams to resolve incidents, monitor systems, and communicate with market participants. - Provide senior-level support for trading, market data and related technology issues
- Monitor production trading and market data systems and handle inquiries via calls and email
- Coordinate during critical incidents and manage full resolution lifecycle with participants and vendors
- Oversee Trade Desk operations in the absence of the Operations Manager and contribute to efficiency improvements
- Participate in project-based work and potential leadership on initiatives
- Experience supporting Futures & Options
- Bachelor’s Degree (equivalent)
- Knowledge of FIX protocol (preferred)
- Experience monitoring and supporting mission-critical production trading/market data systems (preferred)
- Customer onboarding experience (preferred)
- Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
- Windows and Linux experience (preferred)
- SQL proficiency (preferred)
- Bash or Python scripting experience (preferred)
- Desire to grow securities market expertise and familiarity with Cboe Technology
- Ability to work well with international teams
