Trademark Agent: Prosecution & Portfolio Strategy

Remote People Ltd. conducts a confidential search for a Trademark Agent to manage a growing portfolio of trademark prosecution and related work for Canadian and international clients.

You will prepare and prosecute filings before CIPO and foreign offices, advise on clearance and strategy, respond to office actions, and coordinate with foreign associates. A Canadian Trademark Agent registration or active pursuit is required.
